New full-time hires accrue vacation at a level of two weeks (80 hours) per year with one additional day (8 hours) added after each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days. Part-time employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more yours per week receive pro-rated vacation benefits. New employees with work experience are eligible for a vacation service credit for up to five years of related employment elsewhere.
