Choice between Paramount HMO, Paramount Flex which allows for access to physicians and facilities out-of-network or Family Health Plan HMO. Dental coverage through Medical Mutual is provided with all options. Employees pay for the cost of healthcare benefits through a payroll deduction based on their coverage and the amount of hours worked. There is a 10% contribution for full-time employees.
