Counseling

Unison offers counseling services for children and adults including individual counseling, marital counseling, family counseling and group counseling. Psychological assessments and psychiatric evaluations are also available.

When Should You Seek Counseling?

If you or someone that you care about experiences one or more of the following warning signs, it is important to talk with a mental health care provider as soon as possible.

1. Inability to cope with problems and daily activities.

2. Excessive anxiety.

3. Feelings of sadness.

4. Changes in eating or sleeping patterns.

5. Inability to enjoy activities that used to give pleasure.

6. Excessive anger, hostility or violent behavior.

7. Increased irritability and feelings of anger for no apparent reason.

8. Abuse of alcohol or drugs.

9. Thinking or talking about suicide: PLEASE SEEK HELP IMMEDIATELY!!
